Politeness and taking care of residence with smiley face.....Even though I am unable to convey through English language, staff understands the residence and doing needful things.
Only one thing I didn't get I.E., in the room itself bathing facilities are there even though the reception staff said you have to take the public bath room. I don't know about the reason why they said......

Free snacks and drinks were great to have during the Christmas stay. the hotel location was convenient to explore the city centre. the bedding was cozy, and sleep quality was good.
The room was too small, and the temperature was too high. the breakfast selection was not very satisfying, and the options were quite limited.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was amazing! We loved the convenience of the nearby train station, which allowed us to explore the city with ease. The onsen was definitely the highlight of our trip, and we appreciated that it was open from 3pm to 10am. The supper with delicious ramen was a fantastic surprise and added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed the new and nicely decorated room.
While we had an incredible time during our stay, there were a few aspects that we disliked. we found it challenging to communicate with the staff, as they mainly spoke Japanese and had a limited grasp of English.
